Making ip address fixe with stun

i have a softphone registred to sipserver and my public address ip is dynamic
i must change ip address of sipserver in my softphone everytime public address is changed
please can you help me to fixe this problem?

Get a static IP assigned from your ISP so it does not change. They'll charge more for it though.
