Making laptop More responsive

Guys I have the dell inspiron 13 7000
here are the specs- intel i7 5500u 2.4GHz, 8 gb ram
I just want my laptop to be responsive...........here is one problem that I face- whenever i increase/decrease the volume with the f3 and f2 respectively the function starts but when I leave the key the volume would still be increasing and decreasing.........this means it is not that responsive......... do u have any solutions??

Not sure what the issue is here, is it only with the sound controls not working properly? Just give it a second to catch up or don't hold it in and tap it once to go up/down one level at a time.

You can contact Dell and check with their support, try a BIOS and driver update, probably the audio drivers but the rest would be OK to install also if there are newer versions out there.
