Whether in safe mode or in normal mode malwarebytes premium stops responding in heuristic analysis

No error messages or pop-ups?

Check Task Manager, Performance Manager, and Resource Manager to see if some process or service has grabbed most or all of some resource. Especially if that is related to Malwarebytes.

Maybe some file corruption: Try reinstalling the software and database. See if "stops responding" ends.
