Malwarebytes PUP files

So I ran a scan for malware today and over 200 PUP files were detected. All of them were in the appdata roaming folder, as some kind of abb@ amazon.com extension for firefox.

Some posts I searched up online said that you shouldn't mess with files in the roaming folder, so I was wondering whether it's safe to delete these files from quarantine?

I regularly check the AppData folders, including Roaming, and delete anything that doesn't need to be there. I do that kind of work for my living and it has never adversely affected the system.

Allowing MBAM to remove the PUPs will do it for you.
