I am a firm believer in limited gaming interaction with adults for my kids, put the sick and depraved pedophile issue aside for a moment, look at the way adults game, trash talk is very common place even though it is in violation of the tos of live, young children are very impressionable, a regular routine of trash talk from an adult could cause some serious mental health issues, live has no place for children in its current state in my opinion, they let you choose your gamer style recreation, underground etc. but then lump you in with the general population, until they separate the men from the boys per se, there will be many more issues to come. It's the same as a seven year old having a face book account(virus plagued waste of bandwidth social disease of the interwebs) So the question here is, who is to blame? I feel all parties involved, Starting at the parental level, live is a subscription for gaming interaction not baby sitting fees. Micro$oft for placing profit as their number one above human life, do they care or have any concern about this kid? only if it makes a buck. We as a society must take blame for the over stimulated social networking that has become a norm. And the #1 slot is for the offender, even in a diminished mental state we all know right from wrong no matter how strong our compulsion's are. He will be punished all though the sentence probably wont fit the crime. Where is Chris Hansen when you need him?
