Everyone seems to be looking over the fact that he probably did this on purpose to draw attention and get kicked out. I wouldn't be surprised to find out he did it on a dare or bet.

Just like most people who cant afford health insurance.. Most of them are not willing to give up their cigarettes, cell phone, cable, and/or internet..

[citation][nom]joeman42[/nom]Could have been worse, had he brought either guitar hero or a wii and started wildly swinging the numchuks. Still, he should be sentenced to the internet addiction camp.[/citation]

Or better yet, Rock Band and he's the team vocalist. LOL!

He should buy a laptop, even something with a not-so-great GPU, like 9600M, would compete pretty well with the 360 graphically

No it wouldn't. Not even close lol.

Take COD4 as an example, The 360 runs it at 650p (i think, its below 720p) and then upscales it to 720p, 1080p etc.

A moderate laptop with a 2.4 GHz C2D and a 9600M could play COD4 at high settings at 720p, perhaps even higher

I feel myself being choked out by idiotic comments. This article shouldn't even be allowed to be commented on because the ONLY comments being spewed out are all opinionated bullshit comments. That isn't an opinion, this is the TRUTH.

Unless someone is standing behind you, holding a gun to your head and forcing you to read our "idiotic comments," then the solution seems rather obvious.

Ya but his dude was probably playing halo 3. And halo 3 is not for pc, because Bungie has to get gay about it.

Hey I work at a library and it's really not that much of a philosophical stretch. We have movies, cd's and mostly fiction books. I have 25 children's games available on the child pc network. Plus many people are using the free PC's for on line gaming and porn yuck but it's a free speach kind of place. I have seen a whole lan-party on our wireless but they were quiet.
Libraries are about entertainment as much as research so I say more power to ya but keep it down.

I am sure you agree with some of my negativity. If you had any type of clue, you would. Honestly, do you think there is any way to promote better "talkback" besides my obvious rage ranting? People are just "allowed" to comment on these articles and to me, personally, takes away from the article and leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth. Toms Hardware Guide has been around for years now, with me reading it since 2000, and to see some of the half-witted directionless comments makes me, well.. whatever. Rock on!
