Sadly when it comes to certain crimes the accused walk in guilty until proven innocent (and even then they never treated the same afterward) In this case the innocent but accused got extremely lucky.

I knew someone who I have no doubt was completely innocent and accused of touching the neighbors little girl. This of course couldn't have been possible. He supposedly touched her in his house him being a young man at the time still living with his family which was a very large amount living in the house. His mother, brothers, sisters, aunt, cousins, grandparents, and his then girlfriend which never saw the girl ever enter the house. Yet he supposedly repeatedly did it there. Nevermind the fact that he worked in the day and usually came home late at night and on his days off he never spent them at home and was always with his girlfriend. No DNA or other physical evidence suggesting that he did it either.

However the little girl was indeed being sexually abused which
was obviously going on for sometime.
The suspicion of something wrong originally came from her school.
Which reported it to the authorities to investigate where the father instantly accused the young man I knew. Soon after the little girl claimed the young man did it (no doubt the father was likely the abuser and made her say such) The police ignore all logic on why the father was able to instantly accuse the young man and yet claimed ignorance of it going on and escapes being investigated himself.

So of course the young man got charged. His public defender instantly wants him to take a plea bargain despite not a shred of real evidence against him. The young man denies to do so (the plea still entailed prison time) and of course gets found guilty. Despite the lack of evidence and the clear unlikely circumstances that he would have somehow been able to abuse her repeatedly for quite sometime.

So he spent years in prison and last I heard from a family member of his years ago he went back to prison for violating parole because he couldn't find a place to live and needed a valid address where he must actually stay at. Of course these conditions were due to the fact he could not find a job or place to live due to what he was charged with.

Let this be a cautionary tale its not hard to get convicted of something you didn't do especially when what your accused of involves children.

The cops in the U.S. are less concerned about the truth and who's innocent and who's guilty. I actually heard two Orange county detectives at a dinner saying that everyone is guilty so it does not matter the charge.

Thank God, the police in this case actually did their job and found the real guilty party. Too bad the innocent will never live this down and not to mention the mental stress from all this and knowing that even your friends, who imo should have known better then to believe the charge, ditched him during all this.

All that would need to be done is upload the files in small groups and change the date / time on the machine. Timestamps are done based on the local machine date, which is easily changeable.

I am being blackmailed with death threats Eric Carlson and his brother admitted on a death threat I will be killed if I don't do what they want, their admitting on that death threat their in law enforcement.

Many family members died during the time Joan Wagar confessed she is a poisoner but no one in law enforcement gives a damn.

Eric Carlson bragged at Clackamas Walmart their framing me for crimes that Eric Carlson committed and Joan Wagar recruited her daughters to lie for them about it.

Eric Carlson is responsible for a missing runaway last name of runaway is/was Hunter, Eric Carlson bragged to Joan Wagar in March 26th 2007 that he is framing her husband Terry Wagar for that crime.

How do I know? because I was sleeping in the living room on the couch and awoke hearing my wife whispering to some dude, thinking I was catching her in her affair I put a audio recorder in her purse and I laid back down on the couch pretending to be asleep until my wife left for work!

Authority's do this to people all the time, they call it "Pedofying" meaning, based on how they used that term and based on what they did to me it means,"Do whatever it takes to give their target the reputation as a pedophile, even to the extent of committing the crimes themselves, so no one will care about the target, so they can get away with murdering them off!"

It was a all day recording and they did not stop framing me after they left my apartment, they framed me within a Walmart store after that and they even printed out fliers giving me the blame!

After they realized I caught them on a audio recorder they seriously poisoned me and it was covered up at the hospital, and while I was stuck at home too ill to leave my wife and her relatives and her lover and his relatives and BRO'S in law enforcement "Pedofied" me publicly through word of mouth and through fliers!

There is no one I can report this to that cares authority's would rather murder me than to arrest a couple of cops!
