I think we should focus a little less on the child pron side, and more on why people who would qualify for child pron are in possession of Xbox live and COD:MW, an M rated game. There is an overlap year, 17, but by that age, they should know better. Where has our parental and moral status gone?

Completely agree. I've seen more kids around age 12-15 play M rated games than I've seen people over the age of 17 play M rated games. So either the parents don't give a hoot or they just don't know their kids are playing these games.
Either way they need to get their heads out of their butt and start parenting.

Those kids are retarded. I'm not saying what he did was wrong, but what the hell. Anybody that stupid deserves to be punished.

Obviously this is horrible, as stated by the above comments, but I can't help but ask what kid wants to join a clan that requires a picture of his genitals for access? I mean really?

Ok this is horrible, and a disturbing way to gain access to illegal photos. But to all of you who say that 13 year olds shouldn't be playing a game rated M, give me a break. Not only did you play games like that when you were a kid, it's mostly harmless. I understand that if the child cannot handle a Mature rated game, they shouldn't be allowed to play, but that is up to the parents, and if the parents feel they are mature enough to play, then they should be allowed to play. This could have just as easily of happened on another game, like that new one on the Wii that hunts monsters. I know people are going to give me thumbs down for speaking my mind, but I hate when people act like hypocrites and try to be "adult" and say younger kids shouldn't play video games just because they have an M labeled on it.

The M rating is only a suggestion.

Also M stands for mature, meaning you must be older than 9 month (from conception). If you are younger than 9 months, you are most likely in a plastic container where the air and temperature is closely monitored and doctors feed you through a small tube. If you are premature, you should not be playing an M rated game.

And for those sick molester type people, people need to learn how to spot one and report them quickly so that they can be arrested before they have a chance to do any harm.

Modern Warfare 2 has 120k users playing at almost all times. 90% of those users are kids. That should tell you something about the other 10%. Its why I like to stick to PC gaming.
