Tough to defend this guy but this wouldn't be an issue if there weren't so many kids running around on Xbox Live playing M rated games. Doesn't excuse his behavior but he may not have even been looking for kids.

Okay, the comment above about the 'M' rating is retarded. However, 'M' as being 17 and above or 18 and above is ridiculous. PG-13 (THIRTEEN) movies have content that 'M' games do, so is it really surprising that 13 year olds are playing M rated games. I don't think it NECESSARILY (emphasis) has anything to do with bad parenting, though I'm sure there are instances, however, especially in a game like World at War, it's World War 2. There's nothing seriously bad about that game, or really in most mature games anymore.

My first M rated game was Diablo, back when I was 12. Yeah, I'm pretty sure I was able to handle it.

Though, to be honest, what were those kids even thinking? How in the world could you want to be in a clan that bad? I'm sure there are plenty of open clans too.

[citation][nom]keczapifrytki[/nom]Prisoners in general don't take kindly to child molesters etc, so this won't be the best of times for this idiot.[/citation]

This is something i always wondered about. A killer feels "superior" to a child molester and therefore they will not treat him nice? "I am a good guy because i only killed someone that called me a douche, you are disgusting but, for molesting young children!" What gives?

Can somebody PLEASE arrest the parents of those kids who solicited themselves? I'm sorry, that's just bad parenting. If any teen wants to join a 'clan', there's really no value in this at all. Trust me, I've been in gaming clans before. They aren't worth the effort. Go out and make some REAL friends. Some of the kids in my former clan (it was all ages) were very good players but really sucked at school and real life. Gee, what a coincidence.

[citation][nom]Razor512[/nom]The M rating is only a suggestion. Also M stands for mature, meaning you must be older than 9 month (from conception). If you are younger than 9 months, you are most likely in a plastic container where the air and temperature is closely monitored and doctors feed you through a small tube. If you are premature, you should not be playing an M rated game.[/citation]

Hahaha! Love it.

Once upon a time TH was a great site where you could learn about new technical stuff. Nowadays you can learn how to obtain child porn or how to use your iPad to wipe your ass.

Why I am reading that site still, I don't know. Maybe I should stop doing it forever right now!

Well with all those boys talking about teabagging and calling everyone a homo and a great person he just wanted to make a clan based on how has the biggest balls.

Wow, that's just wrong!

But wait, the boys actually sendt him photoes? Don't tell me that something wasn't wrong with those kids too. Parenting fail?

So let me see if I understand this: he is accused of using CoD World at War to solicit child pron...accused, not convicted. Gotta love how "innocent until proven guilty" went out with the VCR.

Why all the hate for people of a different sexual orientation? I thought we were going to end discrimination. What's next, chemicals to "fix" the whole GLBT community?

The game is irrelevant. The guy chatted with kids, which can be done anywhere. And they were stupid enough to send those pics. I'm assuming they were gay and knew what they were getting into because no one is that gullible. Would be ironic if the "kids" were really old dudes sending fake pics to him.

Molesting fucks someone up for life, it's very hard to recover. Murder doesn't leave the victim miserable. It's not about the action, but the consequences to the victim.

[citation][nom]Ragnar-Kon[/nom]Completely agree. I've seen more kids around age 12-15 play M rated games than I've seen people over the age of 17 play M rated games. So either the parents don't give a hoot or they just don't know their kids are playing these games.Either way they need to get their heads out of their butt and start parenting.[/citation]

And if I let ratings systems make my decisions for me, my 2 year old (who can read, write his name, can tell time on an analog clock, knows how to use a calendar, knows how to use an iPod, knows how to launch his favorite cartoons on demand, knows how to load They Might Be Giants on YouTube, etc.) would be sorting shapes and playing with foam blocks.

Not every kid fits into the little boxes that activists and lawyers create for us. Thank God for that.
