Marantz 4230 vintage receiver

Hello,
I have a vintage Marantz 4230 receiver that makes a crackling, popping sound from the speakers when I turn on the power. What might cause this problem? So far I have replaced two of the smaller capacitors, 50v, 47uF, since they were obviously faulty (loose leads)and I have lubricated (deoxited) all the controls.

a bad solder connection on the headphone jack, or on the controls, where they solder to the circuit board.
A bad speaker relay.
Sometimes you gotta resolder the entire circuit board.
