Mark on screen and pictures?

I have A Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ10 and the last few photos taken have mysteriously shown a dark circular mark towards the top right hand side of the screen and taken photos.
Can anyone offer a reason, or even better, a solution please?

Do you see anything on the camera lens? Try cleaning the lens if you haven't already.

Thanks, but I have cleaned the lens and can t see anything on it. I worry that somehow this mark is inside the camera?
