May i upgrade an AMD C70?

Hello comunnity.
I have a laptop with an AMD C70 prossesor and it is to slow, just 1 Ghz.
I see an AMD E2 2000 at 1.75 Ghz.
Both are integrated in the mobo.
Both are FT1 bga 413
Question is may I upgrade it?

You can't upgrade it. BGA means the CPU is soldered to the motherboard. If you want more performance you will need to buy a new laptop.

Yes, I know the CPU is soldered to the motherboard. I´m looking for a better CPU and I´m asking for compatibility.
Is it the same kind of CPU socket? Will it work on my system? I can do the homemade reballing so I don´t care about if is soldered or not.

These things aren't intended to be upgradeable, even if you do have the means to resolder it. Odds are the motherboard only has BIOS support for the C70 processor and the E2 won't work even if you successfully install it. You'd need to contact the laptop's manufacturer and find out from them what sort of CPU support your motherboard has. If they use the same board for a lot of their low end laptops you might be in luck, but if not it's not going to work.

oh I see. There was no thought in the BIOS.
I wonder I saw both processors on the same list in wikipedia.

When it comes to laptops you need to worry about more than just socket type. BIOS support on laptops motherboards tend to be limited to whatever CPUs the manufacturer puts on that particular board, and you also have to worry about thermals, faster CPUs can generate more heat that the laptop's cooling might not be able to handle. The CPU you want to upgrade to has twice the TDP of the C70 and overheating is another potential issue you may run into if your laptop's cooling isn't up to snuff.
