media isnt working

I have a toshiba satellite and I need help i dont have a usb or disk and i dont know how to fix it and 0 doesnt work i even tried recoring with images and it wont work

Can you please give us more information about the issue you have with your laptop? Also may we please have some information about your laptop as well? If I understand the issue correctly, your USB drive won't work with your laptop right?
