Media pc build to order

I know next to nothing about building a PC, but I do have a spec for a media pc (specifically optimised for playing music) that I would like to get built. Does anyone know of a company that will do this?

Knowing what spec's you're looking for would help a lot.
Especially if you're spec'ing any hardware that isn't typical for a system builder.

I don't think you really need a custom computer, just get a cheap computer but put some nice sound cards in it.
