About time someone figured out about the Mega sites. On Mega video I believe there is a 45min daily limit for watching streaming material unless your a member of the site and mega upload has a fee to access their faster download servers as well. So if you want to see the last half of Thor or download it in under a day you have to pay them.

They are selling access good quality pirated movies on streams or downloads, and since its not a lot of money and some of this stuff is not available on a legal streaming site people pay.

Which is definitely copyright infringement. They are literally selling access to movies and tv shows.

Too bad they have waited too long to go after the Two Big one-click download services. Both Rapidshare and Megaupload have huge reserves of cash to easily defend this. Even if they lose the court case will probably go on longer than a year unscathed.

They can use the common carrier defence as they are not liable for anything that users upload rather it is the user that uploads copyright material that is liable. Also I don’t see how a court order an the USA would have any effect on Megaupload as they are not based in the USA and even if they were it would be easy to relocate to some other country where US laws do not apply.

first - Perfect 10 are a bunch of Playboy Mansion (Hugh Hefner) wannabees.
if they have a valid point, I side with most of the hacking community anyways...
second - coming after a guy because of past transgressions making him the top target is wrong, going after all the sites at once should be the goal here.
megaupload is not even the biggest site of it's kind.
third - the man isn't out committing murder, rape or some twisted violent crime, what's wrong with a little racketeering and allowing the (under-world) community to a few files..?!

megavideo and other similar services undermine other companies that are trying to produce socially-responsible forms of content distribution. it is also pretty obvious these companies are actively encouraging illegal activities online and they should be made responsible for that.

it is easy to want to look the other way though when you feel like you are personally benefiting from their illegal actions however; there are always consequences though, whether you see them or not.

Capitalist make me vomit.
Billionnaire/Miserly people have never sufficiently money and they will never have too.

They are sick but since Capitalist is on all Planet now, she their own thing.

Rich program people so soon they think sharing is criminal and so make laws like go in jail for 20 years to have download windows x version.
So companies will continue to sell what they cost to them 1 cent, to sell 10, 100, 1000 dollar.

And even with billion of profit, they will continue to cry against everybody who want share free stuff.

Earth is control by sick/crazy people and it will never change.
Capitalist is perfect (like in past Communist was)...
Wonderful !

Justice doesn't exist. What they exist is Rich people who make law for them, and other people who have no laws their side.

Rich say: You can't fuck us. But we can fuck you !
