I receive message r50 when i try to send e-mails from outlook.All my sent e-mails go into my out box and are not sent.Can you help?Program I am using is Vista

It more likely to be a software issue than a hardware problem.
You probably need to visit a MS Outlook forum - not a laptop forum.

Your ISP probably has a web page that will let you send and receive email.
