Mic Issues on Computer

hi, so I have a pair of hesh 2 wireless headphones, and the sound perfectly connects to my computer. However, the mic will not work. I have tried plugging in different headphones as well, but none of those mics work either (but again the sound works fine). What can I do to fix this problem?
