Mic picks up speaker noise. (stereo mix not a factor).

Hello, my mic is picking up speaker noise just like the title says, music echo of friends speaking and I'm stumped. I looked all over the internet and none of the solutions were my solution. So I come here today to see if anyone can help me out. I made a video and I hope it has all the information you need ill also post my specs below.

PC Specs: AMD Athlon(tm) x4 860K Quad Core 3.7GHz (OC to 4.0)
8GB DDR3 1600 RAM (its suppose to be 2133 but my bios only registers it as 1600)
Nvidia GTX 970 4GB
705GB HDD
ASUS A88X-PLUS
Steelseries 9H Headset

I did room correction and it ended up muting my Left headphone, so now i dont have the issue where my mic pics up out of the left headphone however, now my left headphone is muted... GG
