Micro SD card not detected by phone

so i have this micro SD card (32gb) and it was from my old phone but it broke, tough the card was intact. I bought a new phone and tried to use it but it seems my phone doesnt recognize it at all and i need help.

PS.: I dont have anything to connect it to my PC.
