Micro sd memory card is not working

Hello,
so the phone says no sd card and when i put it in my laptop it says card not formatted need to format before i can use along with something about drive e any suggestions please and thanks?

Hi,

I already had this issue on my android phone and I had to format the SD Card to use it again on my computer and on my phone.
I hope you have a backup of the data of the card.
