Microlab FC530U in new Condition do problems

in the store says to me that is static electricity
But i pay for this 100 dollar and thats what i get? sound not clean in sub

That is not static electricity. Sounds like the sub is being played louder than it is designed to play. Have them turn the sub level down and listen for the distortion. May have already damaged the subwoofer.

i put this on 10% volume and is still do that
what i can do now?
