Micromax A110 Battery drain anonymously

I am facing battery drain issue following:
Without using battery drain 6% per hour(Background not running). Cell standby: 50% and Phone idle: 50%
Battery drain also in switched off at almost 6% per hour.
On heavy usage battery drain at more than 25% per hour.
BetterBatteryStats shows not any Issue.
After issue Phone upgraded from 4.0 to 4.1.1
Need solution. This Issue hold from March'13 after connected to Sound System and message shows high voltage.
Except battery rest performance is very good not any issue. So I think no any issue in motherboard.
Afraid to take handset to service center because all performance are fine.
Battery replacement can be solution? Please provide any feedback.

If your battery is draining 6% each hour when the phone is off, replace it.
