Micromax Canvas Laptab?

I saw this piece:

It is powered by an Intel Atom 4th gen quad core @1.33 Ghz. I want it basically for studies. (Streaming videos and reading ebooks). Is this good enough? Some people say atom=shit but will this do the job or should I search for something else?
PS I also have a tight budget.

under memory specs it says maximum supported memory is 1 GB. But the laptab comes with 2 GB!! Which is correct?
