Microphone Barely Picking Up Voice

so I recently got a new cyberpower gaming computer and when I try to record it barely picks up my voice, I have all the enhancements on and the boosts but still barely gets anything. and I get a weird static noise too.

I have been having the same problem ever since i got my computer over a year ago, I have tried so many things to fix it and I also have my own thread open for this problem but no one has commented at all, if you find out any solution please let me know.
