I played with an ExoPc for a few minutes at a Microsoft store recently. I didn't expect too much, but I liked what I saw. Clear display, even under the bright lights. Windows 7 was responsive, and if you want more of a tablet experience ExoPc provides that, and you are free to use it or not as you like. (It's just an app.) If you need even less of a tablet experience, say to finish up that Word doc or Excel spreadsheet, just connect a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Sound like too much luggage to me, but it's nice to have the option to flow between both worlds.
I've also played with a few Android tablets. I'd love to have one, but every time have a look-see I leave disappointed. Android's greatest strength of freedom to do with it as you like is its greatest weakness. Most tablets needs some serious polish on the UI. I've yet to see one with a nice smoothly operating interface. Jerky, jerky, jerky. It ruins the whole Android experience.
