mine is gionee p6 and it isn't broken but it was hanged a bit before turning off

If it's not turning on properly, then it IS broken. If it's stuck at the phone logo and does not go past it, you can try doing a factory reset (you can find steps online) or loading a factory ROM from a computer on it (once again, look online for the ROM and procedure). Both things will wipe all internal storage and set the phone like it was new. This won't work if the issue is hardware.
