My birthday is coming up and I really want a computer. I don't want my parents to spend to much, so I want it less than $450, at least 45fps on the server Mineplex's Lobby.(us.mineplex.com or eu.mineplex.com) The lower the price the better.

I would also like to mention that I know not that much about computer parts, so I would prefer if it was something like pre-built. Like the computers you see on display at, ehh, target.(crappy example, I know.)
