Question Mini Projector stuck on logo screen. Please help

Dear friends,
I got a mini projector, DLP - TEXAS INSTRUMENTS, MAGIC - IMAGE M10, that is all what it says in the box. I had recently forced it to shutdown, and now when I turn it on, it shows the android logo and stuck there forever. I have bought a USB male-male cable and tried to connect it to my PC for flashing, but it did not work, I also tried to contact the seller [link removed] , but it looked like no one there.
If you have any ideas, PLEASE help.

I have no way to return it cuz it is too far, transportation is very limited here, and I have already contacted the manufacturer's website. As I told u, no one there and they are Chinese anyway!
I have been searching for ways to reset or flashing the firmware. There are some instructions but not work for me. I do hope that in this largest tech-forum, someones can show me a way cuz I know there must be ways.
