My Mint M3cr is stuck on the logo and i tried to perfom hard set but still it get stuck on the logo the hard set doesnt work.

When trying to reset, are you following these general instructions?

To factory reset a Mint M3CR device, power it off and then press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously. Release the power button when the device vibrates, but continue holding the volume button until the Android system recovery menu appears. Use the volume buttons to select "wipe data/factory reset" and the power button to confirm.

If so, where is it failing? Or, are you being asked for some information that you don't have (like Google account)?
