missed notification on samsung's worst nightmare

I saw a tomsguide notification this morning about "Samsung's worst nightmare, android 1/2 the cost", something along this line (I don't remember the exact wording). When I clicked on it, it never showed up on my browser. Anyone knows what it's about? How do I retrieve all the notifications on tomsguide if you missed one?
