the name is most likely misspelled because it was when the account was created. one way you can rectify this is by using the "netplwiz" command. using this command you can rename the existing account
Go to computer, then look for your drives, then just click once on the C drive, don;t open it, then right click on that drive and then select rename. Then just correct the name to what you think it should be.

In file explorer, I go to desktop-C: drive-users then in there, there is my misspelled folder and another folder called public. When I right click on my misspelled user there is no rename option.
Just create another user account - this time with correctly spelled username.
Then backup anything you need from old user profile, log into new user account and delete the old one.
