Hello everyone , I'm having issues with setting up my Dell visor and have tried looking everywhere for a solution and haven't had any luck, I've just upgraded my pc to meet to requirements to run wmr and when I try to run the wmr portal it tells me to connect the headset to a usb 3.0 superspeed port even though it already is, I have tried updating the USB drivers but they say they already have the best drivers installed , I have tried plugging it into all 4 ports and have had no luck and I have also tried turning usb legacy off / on ect. I also did a fresh install of Windows 10 and it's changed nothing.
My specs are:
ASUS P8Z77-V PRO motherboard
Intel i7 3770k cpu
16gb ddr3 ripjaws ram
Gtx 1060 6gb gpu
I'd really appreciate a response as I'm very eager to get this working asap. Thank you!

Did you plug in the USB device into a blue USB port on the back of your system?

Try the chipset driver and USB drivers from this site:

Is the BIOS on Version 2104 or which other version is installed? (enter BIOS to have a look)

Which windows build version is installed? type "winver" in the search/cortana field
