I downloaded MKV format from YouTube but it doesn't work at all. But it only works on Gom player, never works on video convert

Solution
MKV is a container format. It can hold video, audio, and subtitles. As long as you have the proper decoder for the content you're watching, it should work just fine.

Try downloading VLC Player. It has all of the necessary decoders baked in and should be easy to use.

Alternatively you can install the K-Lite Codec pack that will enable Windows to decode a wide variety of formats.
