Mobynetwork.com virus on my Galaxy S7

Hi guys,
My phone has recently been affected with a virus from mobynetwork.com.
This page is constantly trying to pop up on my phone and I have been unable to disable it. Here are a few things I have tried:
*Uninstalling all of my apk installations
*Using antivirus software
This issue is happening on my Android Galaxy S7.
Is there any suggestions as to what I should do?
