Solved! Monitor display help!

Hello,
I have a Dell Mini Laptop. The windows bar is wayy down at the bottom of screen and I cant see it. I tried to drag and drop it but that didnt work. Someone said my resolution is off. I tried to set it right but the resolution will only go to high or low and will not let me set it inbetween. How can I fix this? Help!! Please...ty

could be video driver issue. Download the drive from Dell website. It might help.
