More RAM in HP Notebook

Hello,

Can somebody help me? I have a HP Notebook 14-AC181ND.

I want to know which and how many gb ram i can put in it.
It currently has 2 gb, i would prefer 8 or even 16gb if that's possible.

run the memory scanner it tell you how many slots are open on the laptop and the part number and ram info for the unit. then you can google the part number for the best price.

From this HP manual, it looks like you might be stuck with the 2gb. What processor does your notebook have? That will help determine what chipset and motherboard your notebook is fitted with.

Ok, this is the processor:

Intel® Celeron® N3050 with Intel® HD Graphics (1,6 GHz, 2 MB cache, 2 cores)

Pretty sure you are limited to just the 2gb it already has.
Scroll down to the "memory" under the specifications section.
It says "Supports up to 2 GB max on-board system memory (Celeron processors only)"

You could always contact HP directly for confirmation, which would probably be the best thing to do.
