Solved! Most keys and the usb ports dont work

I am using windows XP. I had a trojan attack (trojan generic and worm generic) post that the three usb ports dont work and most of the keys dont work either. I cannot even use the keys to get into the bios

Please help

scan your system with powerful antivirus such as "Nod32" and "Avast Antivirus" also re-arrange usb cables on mobo.
go to bios and enable usb support.

using Bitdefender, the virus has been identified and removed,but Im using a laptop, cannot access the bios
