Solved! Moto 3g direcly to voice mail

My Moto 3G worked fine until three days ago, when suddenly all incoming calls go directly to voice mail. How do I correct that?

Try restarting (turning it on and back off) the phone. If that doesn't do it, and your sounds are on, then you may want to contact your carrier/service provider to make sure there is nothing wrong with the service.

Thank you, I did as you suggested (turn off and on) and it solved the problem
