Motorola Xoom 3G or NO 3G

is it possible to go back to OS 3.1,2 or 3?
Since I updated my Xoom 3G last night, I no longer have 3G, so, hence the question, can I retrace my steps back to my previous Android OS?

Updating the system should not have stopped 3G from working, did you contact the service provider to see what may have happened?
