mouse isnt being detected ???

so my mouse isnt being detected in the device manager... a different mouse is but my main one is not. the lights are on but its not moving/clicking. Any fix for this? (mouse is a razer mamba, even synapse doesnt detect it)

I think its a DOA, does it work on another computer?
