Mousepad being weird

Having problems with my mousepad! i cant click, tap or even scroll using the two finger method but i can move the cursor.

I have tried restarting my computer and going in the settings and disable all the functions an then restarting it again and enable the settings but it wont work... any ideas?

I have an dell xps 13 infinity ("older model" 2015) fully speced
