Question Moving an app from phone to phone.

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and was wondering if you can move an app from this phone to a new phone, and /or what the best way is to do it? The app is called NC Console Pendant i believe.

Ok thanks, I was just asking because you have to pay for the app and I didn't know if you could some how move it over without having to pay for it the second time, but thanks again.
