MSI 740GM-P25 vs MSI 870-G45 vs ASUS M4N68T-M

The title says it all . I'm looking for something that will let me unlock cores, OC, and take full advantage of a ATI 5850. All in the price range of 40-55$ :lol:. So I would like if someone could compare in:

1.) Performance
2.) Known Costumer Service

3.) How often do mobos come DOA? What is the chance in a build that i will get a DOA, :lol: i usually luck out.

And if you have any more recommendations .

Oh the Asus is V2...

The MSI 870-G45 has more reviews which makes me inclined to go that route...

Ok ive just thrown all three out and have started over. I am having trouble finding any mobo that will work for me (4+ SATA/PCIe 2.0 x16/Good Costomer Service/Good Reviews/Right around 50$).
