I just bought the new Skylake GE 62 gaming laptop.

Anybody have suggestions on ways to improve the speed (it came with so much Bloatware). I removed a lot but some things, like this thing called Energy Saver, seem vital to certain functions on the computer so it is hard to tell the difference between Bloatware and needed software.

Yep I have.

Let windows load.

Click on start, in the search box type: Msconfig, press enter.

On the windows that opens, click on the startup tab.

You will see a list of all programs set to launch or run after windows os has loaded.
Bloatware, ect.

Simply un check all of the programs and bloatware you wish not to run.
Click ok, or apply and restart your machine.

Windows should respond much faster when loaded. ;-)
Your welcome....

The benefits, saves system memory due to the programs not running and requiring memory.
Reduces cpu usage and resources utilized by bloatware ect.

You can fiddle to see what works best, needs to be on, or what you can turn off. time after time.
