MSI GE62 or ASUS G751?

Hey guys! I'm in a major confusion in choosing between MSI and ASUS. :/
Budget is around $1000-1200
MSI GE62 Apache 276
-i7-5700
-12gigs
-960m 2gigs
-Steelseries keyboard
-aanndd I heard the speakers are good on this one..

ASUS ROG G751JL
-i7-4720
-16gigs
-965m 2gigs

965m is waay better than the 960m i heard, but then msi has a better processor and a better keyboard.
Please help me decide what laptop to choose.

If this is for gaming then the asus as the gpu is the most important thing. Otherwise the msi is not a bad choice if you need a good cpu and require some gpu power.

Well i actually need a balanced laptop, with a really good graphic card and a really good processor...
Probably right now I wont be playing games in ULTRA settings, but the thing i'm bothered about is that which one is future proof.. Cuz i need to use this laptop for the next 3-4 years max. (Just got into college).


And as you said "some GPU power", how bad is the 960m? :/
Cuz i had plans of buying the g551JW before taking a look at this, but as I read all the reviews stating that a lot of laptops come faulty, I scratched it out of my list..

The 960m is a good gpu for people that want to play between med and high settings. The 965m is more towards the high settings.

The 970m and the 980m is for people that want high - ultra settings.
