Msi gf63 8rc lagging when playing plugged in

Hello everyone,

I just got an MSI gf63 8rc, brand new, and whenever I try to play any game while the laptop is plugged in the game goes with high ping or don't even start. I tried everything, power settings, updating windows, all drivers, reseting the laptop. The thing is, I bought the laptop 2 weeks ago and it came with the same problem, I received the replacement today and it's exactly the same. Someone please help me. I'm desperate

If it still has the problem then you need to talk to them about it. Anything done by you or anyone else would void the warranty and a device that new should not give you problems.

They sent me this new laptop and it has the same problem. I'll call MSI on Monday, but I would like to fix it by myself asap

I bought a brand new GF63, whenever I play with the laptop plugged in my ping goes really high and some goes doesn't even open. At the beginning I thought that was my laptop the problem, because I got it 2 weeks ago with the same issue and on Friday I got a new one and still with the same thing. I went to a friend's place yesterday to check, and no, my laptop works really well at his place when is charging. I tried every single wall plug in my apartment, people from the provider of electricity in my city came yesterday and they check if everything is okay and it is. I changed my modem as well and nothing work. I tried everything on internet. Does someone know what that can be? I really need help.
