Msi gt72 2qd Nvidia gtx 970m, I am experiencing a frame drop to about 12-15fps when it used to be 50-60 fps steady 60 sometimes with games like GTA V, BF1, Wolfenstein 2.
I tried resetting my PC in case of any malware or setting change.
Also updated all drivers.
GPU is running but I am getting a very low frame rate....if anyone can identify the problem, if them thermal pasting is of any use??

First try turning it on and off in device manager
If it didn't work try uninstalling the 970m driver in device manager and the reinstall it
