its down to tn display with gsync or an ips display

Hello there.
Judging by the specs, the MSI laptop seems a bit better thane the one Asus offers.
Everything's pretty much the same, but the MSI processor is an i7-5700 (2.7ghz with 3.5 boost), where the asus one is an i7 4710 (2.5ghz with 3.5 boost).
About the screens, I'm not the best person to ask but you will probably not notice a lot of difference. Both the same ratio, FHD, having the MSI one the advantage of having gsync.
I'd go for the MSI one.
