MSI Warranty? want to install SSD but Warranty sticker on the back

So bought a GT 70 Dominatorpro from newegg, and I want to install my 250 Gig samsung evo into it. But the problem is, there's a plain sticker on the back with "Warranty Sticker, Void if tampered". I was wondering if I poke through the sticker, will I void my warranty? The MSI guy that was interviewed on the neweggTV channel from MSI said it shouldn't really matter, but im having doubts.

No laptop should have a warranty void for hd or ram. Are you sure that's the right space for the HD.

it's one huge back plate, and the sticker is on one of the screws

If you contact MSI they will tell you, you can make upgrades to things like ram or hdd/ssd and others, but if you would mess up the machine while doing so it is your fault. I would suggest contacting MSI and asking because I saw this on a different forum thread and don't know if it is totally true.
