MSI X460X and Microsoft Touch Arc mouse

Hey yall,

Hoping you can help. I just got my MSI X460X and the Arc Touch mouse. Hooked everything up, and nothing. The blue light comes on on the mouse, but thats it, cursor will not move. I am wondering if the built in touch pad is conflicting with the mouse/intellipoint software. Let me know what yall think!

Thanks man. Also, I have reinstalled software, changed batteries and tried different ports.

Google isn't turning up any help. And I have no idea why it's not working as it should.
I'm pretty sure it's not a conflict with the touchpad. I've run several notebooks with both touchpad and mouse active without problems.

Is there a Arc Touch forum you can ask about that mouse or support option you can ask about what might be going on?

Ring MS...but first disable your onboard touchpad and reboot....
